I initially gave a 1 star because I never received the downloads. The company emailed me personally and attached the download so I was able to see it. Overall, I didn't find the pages useful however if you are a beginner this will be really helpful for you and I recommend. I've been doing sublimation for several years so I don't need to utilize most of the pages in the binder. I will utilize one of the pages to write and keep track of the times and temps that I use for my different blanks. Right now I have the on a sticky note so this will be beneficial.
