FAQs

Here are answers to some of our most common questions:

Will something be shipped to me?

You will not receive a physical product in the mail – this is a DIGITAL file that can be downloaded.

I cannot find the files I purchased!

The files are offered for download as soon as you purchase and also sent to the email you use to check out. Please check your email and be sure to check your spam folder. If you are on gmail, please click "all mail" and see if it is in any other folder. If you use PayPal to check out, the files are most likely in the email that you use for PayPal.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of instant downloads, we do not offer refunds. Therefore, please make sure you check (and double-check!) the file type you need prior to making your purchase.

What file types are included?

Digital Cut Files includes SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, and PDF file types. It can be used with Cricut Design Space + Silhouette Studio Software, or other software that uses these file types. With printables, you will get a PDF file.

I didn't get an SVG file with my download!

This is common on a Windows computer. The file will appear as an HTML file. You can still upload it to your Cricut software and it will read it as an SVG.

Why is the file I received a ZIP file?

ZIP files are used to compress your downloads and deliver them all together. You will need to unzip the folder in order to access your files. My zip files do NOT contain malicious software or anything that will cause harm to your computer—they are just a way to deliver several files at one time.

How do I open a ZIP file?

It is easier to open zip files on a computer rather than a mobile device. You should not need additional software.

Mac: Double-click on the zip file and it will unzip.
PC: Right-click on the zip file and click Unzip or Extract.
iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad): Download app ‘iZip’ from App Store. Unzip the file using the app.
Android: Select the file and click on Extract.

Do I need to buy additional software to unzip the file?

If your PC is asking you to buy the WinZip program, don’t! You should be able to unzip the file without it. Uninstall WinZip by going into “Programs and Features” (Vista / Windows 7) or “Add/Remove Programs” (XP). From there, uninstall WinZip. Uninstalling WinZip should cause Windows to revert to it’s native zip handling behavior and you should be able to just right click the zip file and click Unzip or Extract.
